वि.सं. २००४ साउन २४ गते भेडासिङमा गठन भएको प्रथम ११ सदस्यीय भूमिगत तदर्थ समितिको नेतृत्व गर्दै नेपाल महिला संघको संस्थागत यात्राको सुरुवात गर्नुभएको थियो। प्रजातन्त्र पुनःस्थापनापछि समेत लामो समयसम्म संघको नेतृत्व सम्हाल्दै महिला अधिकार र लोकतान्त्रिक आन्दोलनमा महत्वपूर्ण योगदान पुर्याउनुभयो।
On August 24, 1947 (B.S. 2004), she led the first 11-member underground ad hoc committee formed at Bhedasingh, marking the beginning of the institutional journey of the Nepal Women’s Association. Even after the restoration of democracy, she continued to lead the organization for many years, making significant contributions to women’s rights and the democratic movement.

स्नेहलता वि.सं. २००४ सालमा नेपाल महिला संघकी संस्थापक अध्यक्ष मंगलादेवी सिंहको सचिवका रूपमा जिम्मेवारी निर्वाह गर्नुभएको थियो। नेपाल महिला संघको प्रारम्भिक संगठन निर्माण तथा महिला अधिकार, सामाजिक जागरण र लोकतान्त्रिक आन्दोलनलाई अघि बढाउन उहाँले महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका खेल्नुभयो।
Snehalata served as the Secretary of the Nepal Women’s Association during its formative years after its establishment in B.S. 2004. She played an important role in strengthening the organization and advancing its commitment to women’s rights, social awareness, and democratic values.

Shrimaya served as the Treasurer of the Nepal Women’s Association during its formative years. She made an important contribution to strengthening the organization and supporting its efforts toward women’s rights, social awareness, and the democratic movement.
